MCOA International S.R.L. hires loader-unloder professional driver, driver’s licence category C+E, ADR certificate, tachograph digital card and merchandise transport attestation. The candidates must prove their experience as drivers on national roads and minimum 3 years of continuous activity and experience on international roads of at least 18 months during the last 24 months.

DISPATCHER – international Road transport

MCOA International S.R.L. hires dispatcher for international road transports. Our new colleague will have to fulfil tasks such as the training, coordination and control of the drivers in the performance of their tasks, the supply of information regarding the loading and unloading of merchandises, information regarding the route, road tolls, car parking and washing locations, and also other indications specific to each trip. Also, he will be responsible for:

• Searching for solutions to solve the technical problems that occur during the execution of the transport order and monitoring the performance of the periodical technical revisions of the trucks
• Keeping in touch with the planning and customer service departments, in order to perform the trips during optimum conditions and prevent each incident in the execution of the transport according to plan
• Taking into account the legal regulations regarding the driving periods in the planning policy and periodically training the subordinated drivers in relation to specific legislations
• Optimising the transportation costs (routes, road tolls, fuels) and make recommendations to planners regarding the inefficient tr
